My nails are beautiful. I was very pleased when they were done. I held off on the review because I wanted to see how they held up. 9 days later, I've already had 2 pop off. I had a dip with tips. My natural nail is very short. So, I will probably give it another shot before I find somewhere else. Edit: Changed from 2 to 5. They have a 2 wk warranty on dip, so the 2 I lost were fixed no charge. I'll absolutely be back. It's a great place. Sometimes things happen. But they definitely stand behind their services! Very impressed. I think everyone in Knoxville should have the pleasure of having a pedicure done by DP at least once in their lives. I’ve been going to nail salons consistently for 9 years in multiple cities and this place was by far superior to even high end salons I’ve been to in bigger cities. The friendliness and attention to detail was unmatched. I know a lot of peoples biggest complaint is going to salons and leaving with it not being what you want and they were too afraid to say anything but they stopped each step of the way to make sure I liked my nails. Definitely found a new salon to go to here in Knoxville! I am always pleased with the services I receive here! The receptionists are always welcoming and friendly- and the nail techs are excellent! I definitely would recommend.

Best people!! They listened to what I wanted and it turned out even better than I expected! He free handed the tips and you could tell he wanted them to be perfect! The pedicure was relaxing and turned out beautifully! I would highly recommend Diva Nails! My experience at Diva was amazing. Nicholas did a great job making sure I felt comfortable and taken care of and was accommodating of everything I asked and even gave me a cute Halloween ghost on my French manicure. I’m happier with my nails than I have been going anywhere else! I will be a returning customer for sure! Violet and Nicolas did my gel pedicure and my mom’s eye brow wax and gel manicure. They are very friendly and we felt very comfortable. They have a great choice of color. My foot are now smooth and shining! Very happy with the result!
